In-Person Studio-Part Asana Lab (50h Hybrid Course) with Geoff Brooks int. Yoga Teacher from Bali Far from being limited to a series of predetermined poses, Asana exploration is the physical expression of the Yoga's deepest intentions. This course gives you the ability to explore the foundations in your own space and time, then discover the magic in a group setting of like minded peers. This is a hybrid course consisting of: online (see Geoff's offerings) and in person studio classes.
